When I was in university, I competed in wrestling until my junior year, when I tore my shoulder. It was the worst injury I’d had in the sport and unfortunately, it sidelined me from competition for good. I never imagined I wouldn’t be able to compete, let alone not practice.

Because I couldn’t work out normally, I got out of shape. For four years, while juggling work in the financial industry and pursuing my master’s degree, it remained that way. It wasn’t until I discovered TapIn that I decided to try taking back my health.

Even with multiple meetings a day, TapIn makes it possible to schedule in a trainer at my office’s gym for a workout during my lunch hour. I even have time for a quick shower. Lunch at my desk? Worth it.
