After several months of lockdown due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, life in British Columbia is slowly easing into Phase 3. 💪

We’re proud of the local efforts and adjustments made by everyone in Greater Vancouver and are excited to re-introduce TapIn Pro Services to customers!

To ease back into this uncharted COVID-19 landscape, we’ll be rolling our services out slowly, starting with Cardio-Kickboxing and Eyelash services. We’ll be launching a new, hyper-targeted marketing strategy and ad campaign and feel confident this will help drive sales for your wellness business.

These remain uncertain times as no one knows how people feel about welcoming Service Pros back into their homes. To help with this transition, we’ll be offering clients the option to decide whether to book your services at their home, in your studio or salon, or at a preferred outdoor location.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Following the strong recommendations of BC’s Provincial Medical Officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry, all TapIn Service Pros will be required to wear a mask while performing your services. We ask that you remind clients to wear one too while receiving your treatment(s) and training(s). These measures ensure that we are all as safe as possible. 

As part of the TapIn family, we must work together, ensuring to clean all equipment and relevant surfaces. Apply medical-grade disinfectant and sanitizer before and after each service/training session.

While all TapIn Service Pros will be responsible for providing their masks and disinfectants, supplies will be available to purchase from our new Richmond warehouse at cost. Please contact me directly at bodhi.maya@tapin.tech for more information.

Lastly, and most importantly, all Service Pro’s are required to answer the following questions before accepting any client bookings:

  • Have you had any symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 10 days?
  • Have you been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case in the last 14 days?
  • Have you traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days?

Unfortunately, if you answered yes to any of these questions, we will not be allowed to honor your appointment, and you should consult the BC COVID-19 self-assessment tool or call 811. 

If you or anyone in your household have flu-like symptoms, runny nose, sore throat, or are feeling off, you will have to reschedule your appointment with your client.

Additionally, if you arrive at a client’s home and find they’re not feeling well, you will have to leave and reschedule at least two weeks from the date of your original appointment.
